Mobile Heavy Plant & Machinery Welding Repairs

Whether it's a broken conveyor, a scalping screen or a cracked loader bucket, every job gets the same approach—work out what's needed, do what's needed, and get you back to work.

Heavy Machinery Repairs: By Listening, We Learn

Every breakdown has a story. Sometimes the operator sent it a little too hard. Sometimes the maintenance guy forgot to grease a bearing... or had ZFG's for lunch. Sometimes it's just one of those things.

Our job isn't to find someone to blame. Our job is to understand why it failed. We listen to the people who run and maintain the machine , because they usually know it better than anyone. We combine what you know with what we've learnt over thirty years to work out what's needed. We even listen to the machine. It doesn't tell bedtime stories—it tells its story through noises, cracks, vibrations and wear. Our job is to work out what it's trying to say.

Then we get stuck in.

When a heavy machine stops, production usually stops with it. Whether it's a loader bucket that's cracked along the weld seam, crusher liners worn paper-thin, conveyors that have worn through, a harvester head that's seen thousands of trees, a forestry grapple that's been pushed one log too far, a log trailer chassis that's finally had enough, or heavy transport equipment that's worked beyond its limits—we've seen machines fail in just about every way imaginable.

We've built our truck around doing as much as possible where the machine is sitting. We don't weld over worn steel and hope for the best. We gouge old failures out, prepare heavy sections properly, rebuild high-wear areas with hardfacing where it's needed, and fabricate or modify components when repairs alone aren't enough. Whether it's quarry equipment, forestry machinery, earthmoving gear, recycling plants, manufacturing equipment or heavy transport, the goal stays the same—get your machine back to work with a repair that's built for the job it's has to do...

If you've got a machine that's down, a plant that's falling apart, or simply need something made, give us a yell. We'll work something out.
